Dinner at Fujiya last night was fabulous! I sampled seabass (sushimi-raw), Cooked fresh water eel, soft-shelled crab, Caterpillar roll (Avocado, veggies, rice and eel), Spider roll (soft-shelled crab, veggies and rice), and started off with edemame (boiled and salted soybeans).
